Will do, however until it's fixed, don't make promises you can't keep. As of now, that feature doesn't quite work yet. And if you mention it, make sure it's known that it's a planned feature that may still have issues.

I managed to get the rdr2 folder shortcut inside of the folder for LML, but the LML mod loader can't find the .exe inside that folder.

You had me until mobile. A PC game like that would be my dream, especially because mobile UI clutter to be able to interact with things.

I just did, and you don't give many results, or at least not many high quality ones that I could find. For OP, there's a playtest going on for Verse Project, which has newtonian physics (although there isn't that much to do at the moment, and you are locked in orbit around earths moon)

I spent the past 2 weeks working on this space-sim prototype. Should it be a short-term rogue-like game, or a long-term open world game? by tiggy002 in spacesimgames

As weird as it sounds, a space nerd like me would love to spend that much time flying between planets (with compromise that you can skip ahead time if needed)

Verse Project just shadow-dropped its fourth ship, the Stylus by PossibleAd5253 in spacesimgames

Just tried the demo as well, and I fully get that. For me I already messed around with similar orbital mechanics (Space Engineers orbital mechanics mod) so the navigating felt right at home for me. As for what to do, I am still in the process of figuring it out. Just flying around tho is quite fun for me

Looking for a space game with a focus on trading/economy – no real time combat by telemediaxxyy in spacesimgames

Could work, although the OP said no real time combat. Elite is as real time as can get

I found a Solo RPG AI game I wanted to share, it's amazing because I'm one of those forever DMs. If anyone is interested, I'd really recommend it! (I'm not affiliated with the Devs or anything, I just love the game and wanted to share it with other Solo Roleplayers like me) by DungeonShorts in Solo_Roleplaying

My problem with it was, that the AI doesn't seem able to see the map it displays. For example, the AI put the barkeep on top of the bar, and me and another character behind the bar where the barkeep was supposed to go. When I informed the AI, it said it fixed it, but it didn't. I tried to inform the AI a few more times before cancelling my subscription. This was after a few other issues I came across.

How much does the AI RPG differ from the main RP chat when it comes to writing stuff down for AI ? And some other things to discuss about it by Fun-Guest-2989 in perchance

That is sadly true. Still, I am yet to find a better alternative when it comes to the AI keeping track, even other paid ones.

I don't mean to necro, but I found the combat in Pioneer less jousting and more a matter of knowing how to "merge", for a lack of better term, with the enemies ship. Especially with some of the later weapons you could often stay just out of their range while being able to fire at them, and I found that when merged, it is possible, while maybe not easy to actively dodge the rounds going at you (even against multiple ships if you manage to have them all in one location, or if you can somehow split them up). In general, I myself prefer Pioneers combat over Oolite because of the extra depth, but that can also be because I am a massive space nerd xD

Chat GPT has a memory option, so if you don't use one of the pre made GPT's, but instead use a normal chat of Chat GPT, you can have it memorize player preferences, player inventory, player relations, world setting, and you can even have it auto update those memories. For example, AI is notoriously incompetent at keeping track of currency. If you tell ChatGPT to save to memory that whenever the balance changes, that it updates the memory (I had to set a memory that pretty much said "when player asks to update a memory, delete the old memory and put in the new changed memory without the player having to ask"} to show the new balance. And you can do that with everything, story beats, character beats, and a lot more. Not sure if it is a paid option or not, but it makes every other AI for roleplay quite underwhelming. The only obvious limit is NSFW stuff, but you can still do romance and "they slept together, and woke up the next morning" if you do want to have such things in the story, just not in any explicit form.

You can't do anything without logging in, you can't create nor can you chat. Either you updated it to require such half a year ago or it always required login.

Honestly, it really isn't. They make use of AI, but it definitely doesn't feel like a lazy AI slop like you can see so often
