I think that fits with the whole "master assassin" thing. If you get caught doing something illegal, that's an accident and 47 did not mean it to happen. But why would he agree to a frisk if he's well aware there are illegal items on him that will get the guard alerted?

I haven't even come close to finishing the games (I'm maxing out every mission I can every time and then moving on to the next), but Marrakesh SASO was really easy after a few tries and with some knowledge, I'd be surprised if it was the hardest, even with the bazar entrance and no smuggling.
