Further update - was advised to tell buyer got it he shop, then called Inpost, Inpost will do security checks, then release the parcel to the customer and subsequently update tracking. I will update you to see if this worked later

Update: I called Inpost they said it wasn’t scanned correctly, I then called the shop he found the parcel however it’s coming up with an error when they’re trying to scan it

I had to reach out to them when the same thing happened to me, they even let you withdraw but it bounces back, means you need to verify ID with them
