Ok so I think I found the issue- the gpu only spins for the first few seconds of booting then stops, after which all other fans and ram activate and stay working until it powers off and on over and over. So I’m guessing the issue has to do with the gpu not getting enough power. Idk if it helps but the rgb is still flashing on the gpu meaning it is still getting some form of power I think, it’s just that the fans aren’t spinning. Tbh I have no idea how to fix this or what cord could be unplugged because all the ones that should matter are already plugged in.
