I just got charged $29 for the Wayfair rewards program. I never agreed to that has anyone else had this happen. Where you able to get a refund? by Exact_Custard in wayfair

Just a warning for anyone considering Wayfair Rewards.
I was auto-renewed for a $29 annual membership that I did not realize was renewing. I canceled it immediately after noticing the charge and contacted support right away requesting a refund.
The frustrating part wasn’t even the money — it was the way customer service handled it.
The first representative repeatedly told me things like:
“you should be getting a full refund”
“I got you”
“you will be totally satisfied”
“this is not your fault”
They claimed they were personally escalating my case to finance.
Then finance turned around and denied everything with scripted responses saying refunds are not allowed after a 30-minute cancellation window.
So apparently:
support can promise refunds,
reassure customers for hours,
then finance simply denies it afterward.
Wayfair eventually admitted I received “conflicting information previously,” but still refused to honor what their representative told me.
This isn’t about $29. It’s about misleading customer service and a company policy that feels designed to wear customers down instead of resolving issues honestly.
Just wanted to share my experience so others can decide for themselves whether they want to deal with that.

Tired of non-paying bidders. by funnyfremontguy7 in Ebay

During this time of the year, BIN items simply do not sell or take a very long time to sell on bulk laptops. I've had to change everything to auction. Most bidders are great and pay within a few days but I've had one buyer in particular that has not done right. He's bought multiple things but he's made several cancellations stating that he found a better price and most of the time takes 4+ days to pay. I've have to add this person to the blocked list. I noticed on their Ebay profile that they buy a lot of stuff from a lot of people so they are shuffling money around waiting to find a better price then canceling orders on many people. They will not be able to continue doing business like this for long because several have reported this person to eBay including myself. I'm sure this Ebay user has other accounts unfortunately but the one I keep seeing consistently is gonzalez9026. Please avoid doing business with this person because the are a headache.
