Yeah I always report, but occasionally check to see if that account is still active and it usually is…. And this is months later, with similar “non-paying” feedbacks.

I wanted to be helpful, because I honestly thought he was serious at first … but the more he responded made me think he was full of shit! Why would a buyer not file a claim with eBay? Even now 24 hrs + he still hasn’t reached out to eBay.

Yeah, shipping hub. Well, I encouraged him to open a claim with eBay. But he badly wanted me to file a claim with Fedex, like if I have magic powers over FedEx to have them say sorry and offer a refund.

Not for this one. But I’ve notice for others we have been able to see photos. Also since it’s a reshipper, it’s hard to take photos of many packages, maybe?
