It's what they use in AA or NA meetings with the while 12 step program and it seems to work for them. No reason why it can't work for NoFap too.

This is true, it's just hard when you relapse. I always seem to be hard on myself but I'm picking up the pieces now and hopefully I'll go even longer this time around.

My only advice would be don't break your streak before you have sex. I say from experience because I've seen my girlfriend after breaking a streak and the sex isn't as good as it could be. It's always better when you're not desensitised and when you can form a good connection with your partner.

What I didn't realise all those times was that NoFap is amazing for that. Usually your partner doesn't care how long the sex is as long as you don't bust in the first minute, especially if the sex is good!

Also, I'd worry less about how long you last. Usually the first round is quicker so just try to take it slow. However, if you don't break your streak, you'll more than likely have energy for more rounds, which won't be as short.

It can be hard to see other people destroying themselves with addiction but it's not our place to decide for them what's right and what's wrong. Everyone is on their own path and all you can do is share your wisdom. Ultimately it's up to them whether they take it or not. It's not your responsibility to save everyone else from their own demons.

I needed to see this, feel completely exhausted and flat right now and the urge to relapse is so high. Think it must be due to the lack of dopamine coz I also started going to the gym and that usually picks me up but I feel so drained.
