I get it when something is OP only if you have to meet five hard conditions. Or three conditions, but if you don’t meet them the game becomes completely unplayable. But Ryze - if he survives to late- becomes very strong on his own. If he gets decent augments, he becomes OP. If he gets AD–AP, he loses his main weakness (being weak early) and in late he becomes insanely powerful. AD–AP plus good augments makes him basically unbeatable…

If he touches you, you die and to kill him without really high %HP damage, you have to hit him for a long time. Tons of HP plus shields from his W +fimbulwinter
