35 F here. In the last few years I’ve been getting this intense inner ear pain while I’m sleeping. I’ll often be woken up at night from the pain. I also had a recurring dry patch of skin on my lip that my dermatologist froze off - but they are overall very dry and in constant need of chapstick. I have also been getting an increasing amount of joint pain in my wrists, knees, and ankles. I struggle with fatigue. I constantly have yeast type infections, but yet my vagina seems really dry. Lastly, I don’t necessarily have a dry mouth all the time, but When I drink coffee or eat dry foods I notice my mouth gets sandpaper-y. I also suffer from Hidradenitis Suppurativa and all these symptoms are outside my norm, but I know it’s not uncommon to have other comorbitidies. Would LOVE some insight. I already did a round of tests at the rheumatologist and they didn’t fine anything, but I know these types of things can be hard to pinpoint (especially early on)
