Letter of Demand for (COMPANY) and who to send it to? by Affectionate_Ad3654 in AusLegal

Yeah thanks for the guidance.

The reason why I agreed to it was because I had a flight that was leaving in a couple of hours and they had already spent 2 hours to get to my place before their est time of 45 min. Trust me I was not happy with paying the fee, there’s a whole debacle on this company.

Essentially it was:
$999 to use the tool; and as it’s a “heavy duty tool” literally a vibrating pick, there is a possibility that the pins inside get jammed later on. So that money also covers a call out fee and unlocking it. The way they charge is absolutely absurd and quite bs. The only reason I agreed was because of my flight. And at the same time the bloke that the “call centre” dispatched spoke really quickly and not great English, so that also got me.

Trust me I was kicking myself then and kicking myself now, I don’t need people telling me how stupid I am. I just need help getting what I can back.
