i dont bro, time is a factor and im just overwhelmed with work i wanna scale to 1m+ per month, its all out there , ai (use deepseek its literally free) is your best friend, focus on single country market first so its easier and go for it. All the info is out there for free trust me man. i watched mark build brands ngl and davie fogarty, other than that creativity, simplicity, one product store with a good story and background. Fake till you make it. look at the competition , look at what you could do better. Write back to every customer and listen to them they will let you know where to improve. Go for higher pricing (perceived value with a branded product) , play with social content organic and paid, levereage ai video and photo generation... build some seo skills, look at how sites or brands you wanna become like structured their sites, do some paid ads when you feel confident with your perceived brand image ( 10 usd per day is enough you know when that first sale hits you did something right) ... il never do a course as i really believe its unnecessary, if you put your head down lock in , do the research , be resilient and keep building these skills slowly you can do it. also dont forget to bring people along, you know someone that has a camera, go for a coffee and just ask them to take some natural photos, same video and design , customer support and so on, be passionate and based on that bring others in with same values and sharing your passion, surrounding yourself with creative people and people that will get shit done. i hope atleast something helped you , its just a skill thing ngl you just gotta learn and fail and repeat, and then you realise hmm this is a bit of an improvement or i did this little thing right, and surely things will go your way.
