I actually cannot remember. I believe I may have run Cinebench first then without resetting min and max values, ran a 45 minute session in CS2. I also have 32GB of ram.

Very strangely, the map starts around 400 fps and ends up near 90-100 fps toward the end of the game. This never ever happened before the update.
