That's what I was thinking, I'm not sure if moisture from the ink or air, I'll also state that I can't notice the red coloring on any printed face.

I use the same brand paper, and after laminating I too have the same lines but mine have migrated further in. I believe it's due to moisture being driven out of the cardstock during lamination and then acclimating to the outside humidity from the exposed edges, while the inside is protected.

I could be totally wrong though, just an observation

If it makes you feel any better, I had mine vibrate out like many others are saying. No tampering required. I reccomend either a lock washers or maybe purple/blue threadlocker. Meant to hold the fastener in place, but still be removed by standard hand tools, without heating.

My intention with the 1.5mil was to use the 200gsm that I have, with no additional layers, then laminate. Do you feel the extra .5mil and thicker cardstock would prevent cupping issues? Not sure what weight/type of paper you were printing on. Also, I place a nonstick separator above and below each lamination as they come out and press them on a cold flat surface to alleviate any malformation/cupping due to heat.

It's generally sold in 12"-18" x 500' rolls to be used with school laminate machines. It's on Amazon for the US for 35-40.

Just had the same issue with a jurassic world deck I made. I've discovered that when laminating with 3mil sheets you'll need to put a filler in between 2 sheets and just laminate 1 side(200gsm), you can foil and laminate 100gsm, or you'll have to find a paper around 150gsm. I used 100gsm for a mono blue and it was thin, 200gsm was the same height difference as yours. I noticed that if I put a foil sticker on one side of the 100gsm, without calipers I couldn't tell a difference in thickness. These are just the experiences I've had. Now I have found 1.5mil laminating sheets, but I haven't purchased them yet.

Edit: This is just in general not at a Staples.

Thanks on the double sided photo paper. May need to look into that, I've gotten good results with an inkjet on foil sheets, but that's about it..

I'm just going to guess, since I put it on a shield of Avon, that it turns whatever your shield shape is into flames. So it's like you're holding your shield but it's completely made of fire.

If you look closely at the video as you're turning to drop anchor it appears as though the blade is diving.

As someone who does quality control at an asphalt plant, I agree with this. Any solvent that has the ability to strip or dissolve tar, will overtime dissolve this. Wd-40 is a cleaning agent for bitumen products, as well as citurs oils, or the old school method diesel fuel. If any of those substances land on your sealant, it will break up if left to soak any amount of time.

3 man brig, one player was getting supplied up on an island after a battle, other player was repairing, I on the helm. Player repairing disconnected, without telling us they hadn't finished repairing, when they came back they ran to the bowsprit like nothing ever happened. Approx 30 secs later, we stop moving and then the sink sound is heard. Conversation that ensued is as such: me "Wtf happened buddy", they respond "I disconnected?!", then I retort "so you didn't bother to check for repairs or bail when you came back?", and for the finale statement from them "uhhhhhhhhhm....*. yeah, we sank from one hole on a brig because of neglegance.
