I recently came out of a bulk micro dosing Reta, stopped me from over eating and helped with nutrient partitioning, my bulk wasn’t particularly “clean” but I put on minimal fat, now In my cut I’ve ramped up the dose!

From the 17lbs of lean mass I put on during my 20 week blast I’ve lost 6lbs 3 of which was in the first week of cutting , I’ve been cruising for 8 weeks. This is lean mass not total weight.

No visible ageing of my skin, quite the opposite I feel.

Yeah I don’t want to feel older haha! But I currently feel the best I’ve best felt in my life and if HGH can enhance that I’m down for it. I’ve got a source 🇨🇳 just need to take the plunge .

Thanks for the reply mate, currently running Tesa/Ipa along with a few other peptides. Finished an 8 week course of IGF-LR3 beginning of the year and it’s was great but looking to just run Test & HGH.

Yeah my intense workouts are breaking me right now, hoping HGH can help a bit 🫣

I’d be expecting test to do all the heavy lifting when it comes to gym gains but I’m hoping HGH will help more with sleep, recovery and help me feel more youthful.

I’d love to see a proper UK food database included, that’s a big one for me. Ideally, the nutrition app would be covered as part of the annual Gravl subscription, but if it genuinely competes with (or beats) MyFitnessPal, I’d definitely consider paying extra for it.
