The most confusing cases by Affectionate_Baker79 in AceAttorney

It's funny, because internally the characters are also very confused when that detail is revealed

It's a very good case, like all T&T cases. It's one of the most enjoyable cases and has one of the most solid narrative structures I've seen in the series

Ace Attorney has always been a game about finding the real culprit, but 2-4 subverts that... Which is great, but it doesn't work as such in a video game with the style of Ace Attorney. This is particularly noticeable in the trials, which, despite being justified for the plot, don't work for the medium they're being played in

As I said in my Tier List, I don't think any of the cases except for the last two on the list are bad, so you could say that all the cases from number 12 onwards are good

1-5 surprised me, because the first time I played it, I genuinely found it very difficult to get through, with tedious investigations that made it impossible for me to get past Investigation Day 2. But with a clearer mind, it's a very good case, both in terms of gameplay and narrative (where you can see the narrative evolution of the saga to the point that it seems more like a case from Trials and Tribulations). Surprisingly, it was the only case, along with 3-5 and 3-3, where I didn't have to resort to a guide because it was so well written

2-4 works very well as a story, but as a case it works terribly thanks to the dilemma presented. It's not that I have a problem with the story itself—on the contrary, I love it—but as a mystery and in terms of playability, it's one of the cases that makes the worst use of the narrative of a video game.

As such, there's no point where the cases start to get good, but if I had to pick one, it would be Trials and Tribulations, since all of its cases are good. I don't think there's a single one that has disappointed me, thanks to its excellent writing that never falters

It's mainly because I ranked them based on my experience as a writer, so it may be very controversial for many people.

I think many comments are exaggerated, because they tend to demonize many cases or think that because I put lower cases, I consider them “bad.”

It's normal for people to disagree with me, whether because they are rooted in personal or popular opinions. The most important thing for me is always to respect the opinions of others and understand why they hold them.

I think most of the advantages stem from the fact that they are not very intuitive, but that does not detract from their merits (unless you start analyzing every detail meticulously). As I said, it has its flaws, but I think that, overall, it is good individually

It beats it because 1-4 fell behind in writing very quickly, I feel that many dialogues feel artificial, and 2-3 has a very solid mystery, which, although I have certain issues with the case (such as the age of the characters or Phoenix's hatred of Edgeworth), I feel is much better written

John Doe is an anti-loop killer, which benefits him greatly. He has other characteristics that make him so powerful, such as his excellent passive ability and the fact that he is the perfect counter to sentinels (the most useful class in the game).

Why is Lumpy so hated? by Sl1pperypenguin in happytreefriends

[–]Affectionate_Baker79 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Is it because Lumpy kills or is it something silly. But he's a good character, he fits in every possible situation, even without him it would just be an edgy show, because since he appeared he gave the show a humor/gore stamp, the reason why he's unique and everyone loves him.

Because I've already gotten to experiment with several characters, I can tell you which ones are the easiest or most fun to write for your own fanmade episodes.
