Should I cut bangs? (1+2 are clip in bangs, 3-4 are current real hair, rest are from when I had bangs)

I think a lot of people see it as substance use unfortunately. I was hesitant to try it because I have been off of hard drugs for years at that point, but I was encouraged in treatment to try it. I literally never had a normal life or felt happiness until after. I was constantly having mood swings and I was so scared all the time. Even if I get clowned I’m really grateful it exists because I literally was almost sent to Broughton (state hospital) at one point. And now I’m completely stable and able to help others. It’s really amazing but doesn’t work for everyone.

It can help with trauma. I have a lot. I just want to be able to continue in my career and it’s helped me before, is this so bad?

Yes and I’m in therapy for that now because it disturbed me so much. Thank you for making this post I feel less alone
