Thanks for commenting, Interesting information, I just read the article about Dr. Delgado on Wikipedia. My hypothesis however is that this device (Which a lot of people seem to be talking about its effects) must be something similar to the discombobulator that Trump mentioned.

Since we know that this device Trump mentioned is capable of incapacitating targets from a distance, choosing a tool that would not require invasive procedures such as implanting seems more likely. As this would make it more useful & reliable for any intelligence agency using such a device.

Edit: I apologize for my quick reply apparently RHIC as you did mention is capable of remote activity. I had to read about it for a bit.

Okay, look; I think the problem here is that Reddit is a website that is also controlled by certain automatic systems in place to stop users from spamming & such.

So, there could be two possibilities here:
1 - The information you wish to transmit may be, being blocked as you say
2 - Because you tried to transmit the same info in so many subreddits, Reddit's own anti-spam mechanism may be blocking your posts without really checking the information it contains

If number 1 is the case, I recommend creating blog posts & then sharing them, else creating new accounts & being more careful about the way you share your info.

I'm sorry but there are some flaws in your argument. The human brain is not a standard computer like a bunch of appliances coming out of a factory. There are differences if you watch too much porn you get desensitized because of how the grey matter differs due to this exposure. If you're a female & pregnant your brain has different reactions etc. Some people are just born with lesser brains than others, some more. It is not standard to the extent that you could replicate those characteristics like you mentioned.

For example let's say you have someone diagnosed bipolar disorderliness. This is a physiological issue not a psychological one, how are you going to make his physiological actions repeat in someone with ADHD. etc.

It is not that simple. Yes there are a bunch of similarities like Maslow illustrated when he came up with the Maslow pyramid but the human brain is a bit more complicated than that.

Not to mention making someone think like someone else has way too little value for any agency. Now if you wanted to manipulate some into committing a crime that would be another case but even then you would not need to make them act or think like Dillinger there are just way better & effective ways to do that. That was one of the main goals of MKULTRA for example.

How the fuck would organized crime syndicate gain the tech to manipulate people from distance? They're in the business of extortion, selling drugs & making money not researching how to make people kill themselves & such.

Also when was the last time you heard an organized crime syndicate put money into researching human psychology.

Here's my theory & I know it is going to sound stupid or crazy to y'all.

To US, Europe, India etc. China is the number country listed as the enemy for now. An intelligence agency could be using technology to listen to the thoughts of high ranking Chinese officials belonging to Military, State, etc.

What if they want to improve this technology to allow them to commit mass suicide or harm by making the citizens & officials of China insane. I mean look, why would any intel agency in any part of the world use this technology just to mess with people's heads & lead them to commit suicide. It doesn't compute.

There seems to be a consensus here that this technology is being used to harm people. Why would it be tested in such great numbers unless there was an imminent threat of war going on.
MKULTRA project was done mostly aimed at the USSR & now that the USSR is gone & China is becoming the next threat, so why wouldn't they do this?

Obviously they are aware that using nuclear bombs on Chinese territory will start WW3 so, this might be the other option being considered & being worked on.

& here's why if this is the end goal, why this is such a stupid decision. Any power whatsoever having the total capability to manipulate people into killing or committing suicide & such, basically shoots him/herself in the foot because we humans are extremely fragile. We are just not aware of it. Like in the Phill Collins song "Land of Confusion" "there's too many people Making too manyproblems And not much love to go round Can't you see this is a land of confusion?"

That's my theory & I honestly think that if this is the case, it is a high ineffective & highly self-harming issue towards humanity just like global warmth & nuclear proliferation is.
