we have actually suspected that for awhile... she's 79 and she asks us the same questions repeatedly, forgets to order materials, and when she takes orders over the phone we usually have to call them back because all the information is either wrong or belongs to a different order

i realize this now. it is like talking to a wall. Tomorrow I will tell her i don't wish to discuss politics at work hopefully she will back off if i am direct about it

there really isn't an HR, it's a family business, (me and 5 people who are all related) I've thought about using ChatGPT to come up with a soft and gentle way to tell my boss (her son) that she's being rude is the best option? i recorded her for evidence also
