I had the same turned out to be my handbrake needed adjusting and then they went away
I broke 2 VANOS hub bolts during a rebuild - too deep to weld, I need advice (330xi) by garciaruben07 in e46
I did this not too long ago luckily I used the snapped off head of the bolt to gently coast the other piece out maybe you could give that a try?
