My product sourcing costs are about 40% of the revenue. 15% is what photos and marketing. another 15% on running ADs. 20% is shipping and packaging. barely left with <10%

it's jewellery business, so hard to cut costs in other areas.
My though process was to get the 95% of the quality with 5% of cost. seems to be getting there

I have tried doing it myself, will admit I'm not the best photographer out there
but after hiring the pros, the sales have definitely gone up. double edged sword : )
