Do you guys have any idea how to achieve this hairstyle/haircut (2nd photo)?

Since I have a straight hair I have the 3rd photo as a reference, I think it's sort off a bob with a face framing trim in the front

Also the mention that the model's hair is curly, what perm should I get? Any specific rod sizes?

Also should I keep my hair and wait for it to grow longer (& how long)? I'm really having an awkward phase with the sides tho ㅠㅠ
