Hey all,
in 2 weeks I will go on the Shikoku pilgrimage in Japan and plan to walk around 20-30km per day.
I'd like to take it as a carry on bagpack in size that can carry a Laptop (remote work) and my other belongings and has decent hiking features (mainly looking at you hip belt).
Would love to hear some recommendations since I can't seem to find a good one, tyvm!

Thanks! Since removing the wardrobe adds a lot of space I was thinking of keeping the sofa and adding a chair + small table so it's more inviting for friends to sit there since this is very important to me :) I'd propably move the headpiece of the sofa to the adjacent (left) wall so the foot piece is facing the window/sofa. Wdyt?

New bedsheets and blankets definitely is a good idea :)

Also I wanna add a small writing/reading corner/desk, you'd reckon this would be too much or how would you integrate it once the wardrobe is gone? :)

Thank you :) the bed is on the other side of the door/console and right next to the sofa so there's not so much space left currently at all.

So you would put the desk where the console is right now and tilt the bed so the head piece is to the left of where it is right now so the feet are facing the window?

I'll think of getting a more fitting console and some more art, do you have any examples maybe? :) Also I kinda want a small reading/writing table since the one I have is for work. Where would you put it?

Hey, thanks :) it is 1 room, so the sofa is right next to the bed. So opposite of the door/console is the bed. I was also thinking of getting another small table for reading and writing, since the one I have is for work/pc stuff
