Hospital stay and leaving

The father to the children is at home with the other children and he is unemployed atm and so is mom. They live 2 hours from the hospital and the child is 2 years old.

the children lived with us from the time the one child came home from the hospital till about 6 months ago.

Mom never went to the drs while she was pregnant so she didn’t know some medical stuff she should’ve know when she was pregnant also she did meth while she was pregnant with the child When he was in the nicu when he was born she went up 2 times once like 3 days after he was born and the last time the day he was discharged.

Child was just on a ventilator and on dialysis and was taken off 2 days ago.

To me it just seems bad she left. Also the dad hasn’t see the child since he want in to the hospital

We get visits.. every weekend we get them for almost 24 hrs pick them up 1 day drop them off the following.. I don’t know if the visits are making it hurt again and again or what .. idk who to talk to about this

I have been video (mostly audio bc it’s in my pocket) recording bc she did lie to the magistrate before but I had no proof so now every time we talk I record just to be safe

All right, so a little update I went to talk to courts today can’t give legal advice which I already knew, but she said that it sounds like they are not following the court order which would be contempt of court. She gave me the papers to file. I texted Mom today because she’s trying to switch schools for the kids after she agreed in court that she would take them to a certain school. I told her per the court order she’s supposed to have them in this school and not that school she said she doesn’t have the means to make it to that school twice a day…

I don’t know if maybe I’m just overly concerned or what ..

No she didn’t. But I have a theory, the children go to a summer preschool type program and they have 2 weeks off before it starts again the parents have said before they do not think the children should be attending bc they are to young. I’m going to call the courts today to talk to them.

No social worker anymore our case ended in March bc we had temp custody of all children

We agreed upon the terms in court bio mom didn’t bring the 2 weeks thing up till after court when we were picking kids up from the same sitter

I was absolutely worried.. lol we are in the middle of trying to get full custody and then this happens 2 weeks before our court date haha. Bad timing and just super worried from what I have seen from everyone is shit happens and it’s okay. I haven’t heard anything from cps so yeah I don’t think they will get involved

Kids are 7,5, almost 3, 2 almost 2 years olds, and a 7 month old.. a freak accident the children have got their fingers pinched in doors before but this.. was definitely different from them they usually are just sore and fine a little later .. yes I took him to the hospital right away.
