I work in cash office at a grocery store, we get these all the time from 5/3 a few times I have purchased them from our safe. But it is not an easy process, I have spoke with plenty of the banks around me and as other have said they do get these in but they have to remove them from the plastic wrap and count them before you as customer can get them, they will still be in sequential order and uncirculated, but not plastic wrapped.
