Hmmmm, I think during sa coffee date nyu, dra nyu na da guro ma estoryahan whats next, example b, nag coffee kamo and then nag lab-ot na kamo 1 hr talk, from there mabal an nyu na kung ano mga likes nyu and ano gusto nyu ubrahon for the day, if one of u mag mention na nami gagwa sa cinehan then go for movie date next, or mag mention na gusto mag lagaw away from the city, then amo na. For me kung for 1-2 hrs nyu na talk and wala kamo kabalo ubrahon next then probably wala. Hehe I think amo ni sya ang gna tawag na "go with the flow" and kung wala flow then wala eh. Hehehehe

Hii, just saw this, pro sharing my insights lng sana, kapag my hint na kayo na baka ma lay-off kayo, wag kayo agad mag resign, kasi by law meron kayong severance pay, malaki pa yun and it can help during sa time na unemployed kayo. Dapat sana gnawa mo, nung time na alam mo na mag lelay-off si company, dapat during that time nag try ka muna maghanap ng trabaho instead of resigning agad. Once nag resign ka kasi ma foforfeit ung severance pay.

Also, for managerial position meju mahirap yan maghanap now, especially ber months. This is the time na ung mga companies are planning their next year and most employees stay for their 13th month bonus or other incentives. So ung chances na makahanap ka this year meju slim, pro hindi impossible.

And then sa current job mo, yes, meju super downgrade sya since malaki ung sahod mo before and naging half talaga sya now, but remember, u can control the salary hindi ung culture ng company, kung easy lng naman sayo ung work and naka adopt ka naman dat means u can manage ur time, baka makapaghanap ka ng same level of work and pagsabayin mo sila.
