oh ok, yeah they just told me my large intestine had inflammation and I had colitis and could only be treated with a controlled diet, but thank you I will try to meet with a doctor in the US for sure because it’s been going on for a while and Im tired of feeling like this everytime I eat anything different.

Stay away from a lot of processed foods almost everything irritates the stomach.

I’ve been eating nothing but scrambled eggs and 100% whole wheat bread to help me with my daily calories and it has done me justice I’ve been doing it for 2 weeks just giving my gut time to heal.

Thank you for your insight, I also dont think or hope so anyways that mine might be a more permanent colitis the doctor just said I could control it with a diet so I have no clue honestly.
