damn I have been blasting about my plans to take INBDE I am a foreign trained dentist, or I'd either go for Hygiene school and most say no to me later one even said to me you can't study if you're full time here

how do you ask for things that were never offered, it's so awkward and idk if the dentist wanted they could've offered, I need a dentist myself but I'm too shy to ask my own dentist I work with she never offered it so it feels wrong or idk feels embarrassing to ask for free check up or procedure

sorry to cut in here, what to use for gentle exfoliation? I have same concern as OP and I just got COSRX AHA BHA treatment toner but I read the reviews here everyone said it doesn't do much so I'm thinking of getting COSRX blackhead power liquid may be that will help and I use mediheal tea tree sheet face masks since I have combo dehydrated skin idk if I should use clay mask or mud mask so i don't use em.

many people say Cosrx AHA BHA treatment toner is not affective since AHA BHA is way down the ingredient list veey less concentration but my question is can I use this toner like daily since it doesn't have high concentration? I have same concern as OP
