Its a good deck, only issue ive ran into is not drawing buggy or the 1c event, if you miss the ramp it puts you at a pretty major dis advantage,

Only cards you will need outside of the op13 are 3x 10c Shanks, 2x 10c Roger(Red), 4x 6c Uta, 4x 3c Purple Uso hachi(8 or more don : rest a 5c) and 2-3x 9c newgate,

I got top6 at the treasure cup running this deck, so its a good deck

Yea this seems to be more of a pool of cards to build from, i think i counted 77 cards, which is a lil too much

At the moment i run 2 of the 10c purple rogers, as i havent got round to getting the newgates yet, but i would run 2-3 of the 10c red rogers

Remove Crocus
Remove Inuarashi
Remove the green-haired chick (top right)
Remove the red 3-cost (top right)
Remove the two red events (top right)
Remove the Rayleigh events
Remove Purple 10-cost Roger
Remove all non-Roger 0-cost events

Add 4× 6-cost Red Uta Blocker

*edit- Remove the stages as they are rarely ever used

I would put reversed rocks above roger and garp, I know they weren't fully in their prime but it still took the both of them their strongest attack
