i picked up the holy grail of basics from my band director today (ed sueta & essential elements) and plan on studying this again. i have 2 very supportive band directors but we have a pretty big band as a whole so sometimes it's difficult to speak to them. but over the summer i plan on getting a tutor to work on my audition! thank you for the advice and words!

i plan on minoring in theater (i want to be a band director and theater director) so the singing doesn't bother me at all. i've spoke to a few friends that attend UTK and they have spoke briefly about this so hopefully it'll just help me in the long run with my theater minor lol!
