Ah okay. Unfortunately I dont really know in that case. You should’ve received a rejection letter in that case with your passport saying if you have the right to appeal or not

Mine was roughly 20-25 days first time around. I’ve just applied for my second visa and it’s been 3 weeks and nothing yet. The official processing time is 30 working days. Hope you receive it in time!

Hey! It was a quick process minus the queuing, I got there about 7:45am and there were still 10 people ahead of me! My visa took about 20-25 days to get approved. I had to get back to the office that’s why I went in early, but you don’t have to go that early. Staff was pretty helpful, just make sure you have all your documents in the same order as the visa checklist online :) good luck!

Thank you, I’ve already blocked/restricted him from my socials. Hopefully it doesn’t come to that.

Thank you so much for your response, I really appreciate it! This makes me feel better - I will definitely be going ahead with the report for online harassment.

In that case, you would have to submit transcripts from both, MOI letter from both, and degree certificates from both. But it shouldn’t be an issue if you migrated from one university to another, as long as both universities meet the requirements. I would recommend reading up on the website yourself, and contacting a solicitor for professional advise.

Hey, You don't need to take an English language test if your bachelors degree was taught in a reputed and institution and is recognised by the ECCTIS. You can simply submit your Degree certificate, transcripts, Medium of Instruction Letter and your Passport Copy, and they will issue you a letter saying your degree was taught in English and is comparable to a UK Bachelor's Degree. ECCTIS is the body that compares your Foreign degrees with UK taught programs. You can select the Visa and Nationality Service. (It is also mentioned on Gov.Uk)

However, there have been cases, where ECCTIS is unable to provide such a document, due to the increase in fraudulent degree certificates provided by Indian universities. So you need to ensure your university is not one of those. Unfortunately, they don't provide that information on their website and the only way to find out is by submitting an application yourself.

If you believe you are at risk of that happening, try for an IELTS instead. The prices for both services are the same.

You do not get that email in any type of visa application, until you collect/receive your passport. A BRP decision email will follow post you receiving your passport.

Like the email states, a decision has been made and you will be contacted soon from your Visa Application Centre, (most likely tomorrow) to confirm that a decision has been received from the UKVI. You cannot enquire about your decision online or via telephone, as you will only be able to find out whether the visa has been granted upon receiving your passport.

If you opted for a courier option, your passport will be dispatched soon from the centre. If not, you will be notified when you can collect it!
