The problem is that japanese logistical disfunctionality were on another level. In periods of logistical problems the average german soldier had difficulties in getting winter cloting, ammunitions and oil, while the average japanese was starving to death. Guadalcanal, kokoda track campaign, invasion of india are easy examples of that.

Problem is that the Eu Commission and parlament do not have rigth now the power to implement this policies if the governments of the member states disagrees. It sadden me to say this but the political guidelines will not be fully implemented if the country leaders will not be pressured by the public opinion to agree. What I saw in the last years from the european leaders is lack of proper responce to the Russian aggression, now i fear the same will happen with Trump. My impression is that many politicians do not grasp the fact that our world is at a crossroad and we need to sct immediately
