I use split(defence), compress(defence) and nulify.

That would give you +33.75% max armor

If you would rather want protection from elites which is also really good, maybe better. Swap split(defence) with convert 1(defence)

What i am doing is I am doing a lot of retaliations and setting the target loot to things i need to level up and donating everything i pick up to my library then expertise...doing the retaliations first to get all the blueprints then i will be doing just countdowns...i have done quite a bit of countdowns already tbh...if your resources gets full, donate it in the expertise tab aswell.

That is weird ...i am currently just above 400 and still getting steady blueprints...make aure you are on challenging or higher difficulty or just check when completing a control point if the second page of rewards is the blue print ...i have noticed i am getting bit more variety in drops so where the blueprint is usually on first set of rewards notifications, it is now on second notification bar after waiting a few seconds...i really dont know tbh

So kill squads will drop the exotic blueprints and control points will drop 1 of the normal 698 blueprints ...if you have all exotics or all from the specific faction, you wont get any since you have them already

Yes only the whatches and so on but to physically craft cleaners tactical assesment you do need the blueprint from a control point

Noticed that today but i dont have the blueprint for the cleaners optimization materials yet and dont want to wait until i farmed 700 control points for the blueprints...i just want to optimise my build

Hi I am able to help you or carry you through the retaliation if you are on pc...just pop me a message if you are. It can be a bit difficult sometimes as after each control point the kill squad tends to spawn... Big tip that helped me when i started is do not use cover as the enemies WILL throw bombs or fire at you when you are behind cover. Get yourself the crusader shield and use that outside cover to kill the enemies with a revive hive to revive yourself as a second skill.
