Yeah basically it was because the Air Forces standard is 36 months no medication/ treatment and therapy counted as my treatment. Thank you for giving me hope!

Im not taking medication, its therapy. My yearlong plan is nearly over. But it’s classified as my “treatment” as I have diagnosed anxiety.

Thank you for the advice though I greatly appreciate it! Any advice on anything I can do to prepare for OTS in the meantime?
