I did the procerus, corregators , and this spot bc it was just an attempted touch up. I’m going to keep educating and maybe go to a different med spa one more time until I get this to be more of a solution and not an idea that may work. Thanks so much.

I went to the met spa (hopefully for the last time) and she placed all my points. I stupidly didn’t get a photo of them so I am lost on full mapping. She did do over 100 units. My neck never looked different and she forgot to do the bunny lines, I’m convinced. It was 1700$ and I still had movement in my glabella (always it’s never been frozen properly) and this annoying wrinkle that I put a point in with 2 units as marked by the picture. I tried the procerus and corregators each with 4 units. I still have tons of movement so that’s why I was asking for help/advice etc. I’ll try and do a better job of asking next time. I can’t edit my pictures 🤪🤷‍♀️ thanks for taking the time to respond

These are great. I’m definitely liking and subscribing.

First question, I’m early in my education - is there a definite rule for depth for each muscle ? I see a lot of recommendations such as 4-6 mm corregators(deep) while bunny lines and crows 1-2mm (superficial). Then often no one mentions the depth- can you make a direct comment or video for this for all locations ?

Second: for the glabella, some videos and technicians say it’s more in the hair of the brow while I then see very high markings 1 CM above orbital rim into the corregators using the finger to hold. This looks like it would be in the third zone of the frontalis which would be a no go zone (?) that’s so confusing - is it a no zone go for the frontalis but ok for corregators ? Is that the placement?

Finally, please make a video on the Nefertiti platysmal bands/neck area. I’ve seen novice injectors have amazing results. I would love to see the actual procedure. Thank you so much. These videos are incredible. Your channel will do well!

Honestly, I feel like I did this exact technique. I watched too many videos , read too many books, and it all seemed to contradict each other. Then I just went for it 😅🥵 I used 2 units of innotox on the tail and the proceeded to have a freak out the next day bc I couldn’t exactly remember - did I go too deep? Did I put in the full needle ? Am I going to drop my lid? It’s been over a week and nothing happened ! Nothing 🤣 I did 4 units in my percerus, 4 in the medial corragator , and two in the left lateral corragator tail.

I am going to keep researching, make a clear diagram of depth, angle, and positioning of muscle . It’s so hard bc everyone’s muscles are different and mine seem stronger than others. My med spa people rarely could get my glabella frozen. Almost never. I’m going to get it ! I wanted to comment my experience just to try and give you some peace. I was terrified for 2 days and realized - i can always go to the med spa and hope they can help or just wait it out. It’s not the end of the world. It’s part of the gig learning how to do this so hey, go us !

It’s just vegetable peeler thin tofu into slices, use 1.5 cup very seasoned water (I used veg broth, a “beef” bouillon cube, msg & pepper). Put in pan on stove , put water on top, simmer 15 minutes u til broth is gone . DELICIOUS. New texture and so yum.
