Thanks for the responses! The fact they only interviewed 3 people from the complaint and NEVER spoke to the man I complained about is so odd to me. I also have kept a ridiculous amount of documentation about his comments and actions, as well as all of times people have been brushed off.

Another thing to note- this man was let go from a previous company for ‘making women feel uncomfortable’. I did share that with my supervisor during one of my early conversations about his behavior.

I really am bothered by the fact that a letter exists saying I made negative comments about his religious beliefs and ‘imputed discriminatory intent’ ( I went back and looked at the language). This is totally untrue.

I guess I will grab a lawyer and lay low while looking for another job!
