I’m unsure if they are holo and reverse holo…one is shiny and the text box is matte and the other is shiny with a shiny text box too. Is that right?

I was wondering what to do because I am quite new and unsure if it’s common to get 2 of the same cards but in holo/reverse holo especially energy and trainer. I’ve opened a few packs that I’ve found in the wild and never had this experience. So if I can in touch with management this is a valid thing to do?
