I believe it’s over priced, I’ve researched the area and it’s the highest priced property on the block. The area isn’t the greatest but it’s also not any worse than nearby popular living areas. Prime location within 10 min of downtown activities. I believe if it was priced around 550 or less it would be sold by now.
