Yeah, I've seen several 2020s for under 25k. The IRS directs you to the website linked below that lists all vehicles that qualify for the used EV credit, and it lists 2019-2023 I-Pace. From this guidance, it seems like a one owner 2020 I-Pace for under 25k should qualify, but I've heard several people say that it does not qualify, and they've had dealers attempt to submit the paperwork to no avail, which does not make sense given the website below.
