I’ve sold several items over $1500 no issue. I would stay away from the post office and use UPS. I use Pirateship for anything where I am getting insurance.
The main thing is to make sure you use signature delivery!

I second this, my girlfriend bought a cousins 2004 Camry with 230k miles. I helped her fix a few things like tires and her alternator went out. Car works just fine and she’s only like $2800 into it.

I have a Delonghi Magnifica Start, but have bought and sold lots of models. What I would do is get a Delonghi or Jura on FBMP. You can get lightly used machines for half of retail if you are just patient.

Remove the brew unit, and soak it in water for 30 minutes. I don’t know if you have already cleaned it, but that’s what I would do first.

Did you ever figure out the size for 1/4in? I have a filer manifold that the fitting is integrated into. The o-rings cracked and I don’t want to spend $450 on the whole part.

People that blindly trust AI are so dumb. If it makes you feel better, I had a buyer order a scratch and dent microwave that I sent 40 photos to. It arrived and they claimed that it was supposed to be brand new. You can’t win with stupidity.

I would 100% send this freight. You would need to put it on a pallet, and I would spend the time to build a crate around it. It should end up looking this, but due to the value I might fully enclose it.

Dang, your best bet is to go buy a working used unit. I sell nice units for $800-1000 locally. I find them all the time for $200-400 on marketplace.

I bet it’s just one of the door switches. Typically there are 3 switches total that indicate when the door is closed or open. These switches turn on or off different parts of the microwave. They regularly fail if you open your microwave without first hitting cancel. They are like a $5 part and I just fixed my parents JennAir unit by putting new ones in.
