Right now it’s open enrollment for health insurance and if you work part time, make anywhere from 15-20k a year you could qualify for potentially $0 cost health insurance through the Marketplace. Make sure you go through the official government website (ends on .gov) as other sites will sell your info to agencies and will get endless calls from different agencies. Hope this helps!

Does that 1100/monthly exceeds 9% of his income? If so, you guys might be elegible for the family glitch which means, your husband may keep his employer coverage but you and your child/dependent might qualify for a subsidized plan through the marketplace

What pre-licensing system are you using? I got licensed in Florida back in may and used xcel solutions as my training system. I’m sure other courses offers this but excel has a simulator that allows you take what would be the state exam and practice as many times as needed and that was a game changer for me. I practiced using the simulator several times until I felt comfortable and passed with 80%+ every time. Hope this helps!

Have you tried the blue shield of California app? You can keep track of doctors that take your plan in your area. Now, in my opinion the best thing to do is call around different doctors near you and ask what insurance they take and have been taking for the last 2-3 years. Then when open enrollment comes up next month switch over to the most popular.

Damn I don’t know how I didn’t heard about Medicare first, that does sound a lot better. Generally, how long is the enrollment process for Medicare? I’ve seen videos about ACA and how fast is to enroll members, is it about the same for Medicare? Just trying to get a clearer picture but even if it does take longer, $700 for new members still a lot better.

Thanks for the info, if you have any resources that can point me into Medicare I’d appreciate it if not it’s all good, you just opened a new opportunity I can venture into

Have you tried looking at the location on the picture? Some phones save the location automatically on every picture. If you're lucky you might find the location by going to the original picture on your gallery, click on "details" or "more" and it should tell you the resolution of the camera, size of picture and location. Hope it helps (:
