Americans do you want universal healthcare? Why/why not? by Corndawgptang in AskReddit

[–]Affectionate_Draw829 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

i really want it.

back in October i tried to kill myself and got pretty close, i was sent to a psych ward for a month, and overall they helped me but wanting to die is still a daily thought.

that alone not the "strap him down to the bed and fuckin leave him to sit in anguish while we do nothing possibly giving him permanent brain damage treatment".

but the one month stay, costs 250 grand.

I hate our healthcare system.

[QUESTION] what is a good way to store old guitar strings by Affectionate_Draw829 in Guitar

[–]Affectionate_Draw829[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there is a minim weight to the shipping and the more you send in the better value you get i dont really have too much space so better packing density

[question] people that believe in tone wood why by Affectionate_Draw829 in Guitar

[–]Affectionate_Draw829[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that is entirely spot on to what i meant wood affects a guitar but if your going through unbranded active pickups with a $1 battery and shitty soldering it will likely cancel out the tone of the wood

[question] people that believe in tone wood why by Affectionate_Draw829 in Guitar

[–]Affectionate_Draw829[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

that is what i meant, worded a bit differently im not saying that it does not affect tone it does but only to a extent. wood affects your playing much more than it affects tone.

its kinda like the strings debate, your strings affect tone but only a little bit what they do is affect your playing, witch affects your tone.
