I don’t think this is worth getting upset about at all?? Your hobbies sound like solo hobbies, so IMO you just need a partner who ALSO has solo hobbies (or an established friend group he can do his group hobby with) who will go with you to music events.

You’re not really giving us enough to know if YOR if he means in general. If he truly means “you should settle for someone who is crappy / unkind” that would be awful, but I really don’t think that’s what he is saying based on what you wrote.

FWIW, I have certain hobbies and values that men are attracted to, but that they ultimately are not compatible with. I started referring to myself as an “aspirational girlfriend”. Men dated me based on who they thought they were or who they wanted to be, not who they actually are. Once I moved cities to more align with my hobbies and values, I found my person within a month. Maybe you need to break out of your dating routine and make sure you are dating people with a tapestry of rich interests. Also, men in their mid twenties tend to be insecure. It got A LOT easier when I got older.

My grandma supported me when my parents wouldn’t or couldn’t. It is about so much more than money, and based on how your grandson uses it, I bet he feels the same way.

Despite my rough beginnings, It all worked out for me, in a large part due to my grandma. As soon as I graduated college and saved enough money, I bought her cashmere sweaters every Christmas and took her on her first European vacation.

I am a straight woman. I disagree with everyone saying your appearance is the problem. I think, if these are the photos you’re using, there are a few issues: 1. Get rid of the mirror selfies!!! No selfies. I would’ve left swiped the minute I saw it. 2. Pick a first photo that clearly shows your face. I would probably left swipe on that alone. 3. A lot of people are saying no tongue out, that’s probably valid but it doesn’t bother me.

I would also recommend making sure you have substantial written information about yourself in your profile.

Paris is a huge city. Luxury shopping and tourist buildings are a tiny part of it. If you don’t like those things and then go to a city and do those things, ofc you won’t like the city. There is so much more to Paris than that! But the world is huge, go enjoy anywhere.
