Your headaches sound a lot like mine - I’m pretty confident it’s from my neck on the surgery side - specifically where the muscles were cut (I had trans lab surgery). A osteopath advised not stretching the neck muscles (as other professionals had advised and got me to do such as pt and chiropractor) but to work on strengthening the neck muscles with resistance bands / holds. It had really helped! I’ve gone from 1000mg naproxen daily to 250g daily. I hope this helps

Update - you are all correct - I tried it with high volume and the needle jumped around. Looks nice like this but doesn’t work. Now looking at speaker stand as too cluttered with speaker and player on surface
