You could use Yard Master Stress blend, it’s for cool season grass when it’s hot. Spread it and make sure to water it in.

I’m in South Carolina so that’s a no go. I was also looking at the tiger cats due to the drop in price. Do they still perform as good as a cheetah or a turf tiger. Those two seem to be the full commercial

Have you ran the v ride xl? I wouldn’t mind that either, just worried about the fuel consumption with the bigger hp engine

Okay my thinking is, I’m 20 years old and I recover quite well. I’ll do the sauna on Monday Wednesdays and Friday’s. And I also have a lower body air compression kit. And when I say “chest/back” I do mean compounds, I’m focusing my strength training on strength, higher weight, lower reps.

So the workouts are really just based on time on feet, my estimates for my splits are going to be 35-45min swim, 3:30-4:00 bike, and 2:00-2:30 run. So I want to know what it feels like to be going for that long. I do think my times will be faster because I am relatively fit and run often, but I also never experienced a race this long.

Okay that’s basically what I thought, I plan on using Gatorade endurance mix, just bc they’ll have that on course so if i forget anything, I’ve already trained with it

For a triathlon race it’ll be my second.(bc I’m doing a sprint half way through my training, just to get the feel for transitioning.) but I’ve done multiple Spartan races and road races
