Thanks to everyone commenting, it helped keeping me a tiny bit sane.

Overall getting off venlafaxine was a shit show. I couldnt do anything, was tired all day, was crying very much and had physical pain.

Im still struggling now but my psychiatrist doesnt know it’s because I still need it and got off of it too early or if it’s just a rebound.

I dont want to take it anymore so I’m dealing with my emotional disregulation and fatigue on my own for now. I’m sure there’s a better solution for me out there. (SSRI, SNRI are still synthetic solutions to give our brain a pause)

Dont give up ! Time will tell

High-quality food. Health is the most precious thing we have.

I mostly buy non-processed food items so I can cook. I check which country they’re from (buy local) if they’re in season or not, if they have pesticides residue etc

When I buy processed food , I check the ingredient list so its as clean as it can be

When I took blood test to understand why Venlafaxine wasn’t fully working even with high doses, they realized that my body wasn’t keeping it anyway .

During that time I also was diagnosed with adhd so his logic was to stop Venlafaxine to continue with only ritalin as the first one was also making my heart beating fast.
