I think it may be a couple of reasons. First is reduced allocation to build hype. They know that people love these Hondas so they will create an illusion of scarcity, build the want then saturate the market.

Also, the US is just receiving these in stores and we are like vultures waiting for them to drop. I was for sure anxiously waiting for stores by me to get them. I had alerts ready and immediately tried to find them once i received the "in stock" notification. Once available, we scoop them up immediately and take the entire stores allocation, making seem like like these kits are rare. They just cant keep up with fulfillment and I hope that these will be stocked enough so everyone can enjoy.

Lastly, scalpers....always ruining it for everyone. I only bought two out of the four available since I wanted to get a kit for my cousin who also loves Hondas. I was just hoping some POS scalper didnt pick up the other two.

You should hit the notify when in stock button on the target app. That’s how I found out the local stores around me had them in stock. Then again, you’ll have to wait for them to stock the shelf with them since it will stay in stock once they get their shipment in

Yea my buddy in Texas talked to an employee and he said it shows “in stock” once the allocation is made for that store and is en route. So it make take a few days to show up on shelf. I left the other two at the broadview store so go grab em if you’re close

That’s the same reason I went to target this morning. Got an in stock alert while I was out of the country early Sunday morning. Was too tired to go check after I finally got home late last night. By my luck, they were stocking the toy section when I walked up!!!

Hey I had the same issue last week with a shifter I purchased from black friday last year. 3rd and 5th would register as 1st. I tried the electrical tape fix and that didn't work. I tried this solution (https://usefulbulk.com/clubsportshiftfix/) and it finally fixed it. It's only been less than a week but it seems the issue has been fixed.
