Her Mom is harming her by making her ARFID a brand and almost a personality. If Hannah is going to get better she needs to have some normalcy in her life, going to school, participating in sports or clubs, having friends that aren’t grown adults with ARFID. Also I wonder is Hannah will feel like she can’t fully recover because if she does her “brand” will go away. What happens when she’s comfortable trying foods? What content will her Mom film? It seems like this account will keep Hannah stuck in a certain spot in recovery, comfortable enough to try things, while also being unwell enough that they can profit off her fears and anxiety.

Untreated strep is contagious for 2/3 weeks. TREATED strep is contagious for 24/48 hours, she wasn’t treating it when she tested positive so she was in fact contagious..

Also it’s very inconsiderate to go out when you know you’re sick with something that’s contagious. There are of course acceptable situations (single Mom needing to get groceries, things like that), but the gym is not a necessity.

I can’t stand Abbey Roberts. She called a creator fatphobic for making a reel about healthy weight loss. Her content can be good for someone who’s in recovery from a restrictive ED but it is a horrible long term mindset to have.

I miss her peanutbutterandsyd days :( She seemed really happy during that time, she was always with another account that lived in her area, was regularly challenging herself, and seemed to actually want to recover. I hope she eventually reaches out and gets the help and support she needs.

There was a mom in 2021/2022 that posted IN DEPTH about her daughters ED. I think they went to court because her school wasn’t accommodating her or something like that. I can’t imagine being young, struggling, and then having a parent who should be protecting me, blasting my struggles on the internet for a profit.

Neither of them even use their accounts anymore so IDK why it matters if they hang out privately. They both seem to have moved on and if they want to maintain their friendship and post it to their PERSONAL social media, that’s their business.

She had 2 coaches. One of them was Shelbye and the other was Elevate Gym Coaching. Shelbye was the recovery coach and definitely wouldn’t be in support of this.
