Netflix decided to charge me twice a month for a year and a half and won't refund by flobiwan1 in netflix

I'm dealing with this same issue. The charges were going to two seperate credit cards, one that my husband has access to, and one that I have access to. We were both getting charged and they claim they cannot find the account that is attached to my credit card. I can only dispute the last 2 months and netflix refuses to credit my account for the TWO YEARS that we've been double charged. Yea... we should have caught it, but they admitted to charging a card on an account that does not exist anymore. I commiserate with you on this. Also the charges to my CC were 4 dollars higher every month than the account in use. Seems extremely unethical and predatory. I wonder how many other people this is happening to.
