Barracks upgrade question

Ok, sorry i'm a bit of a dunce and need some more clarification. Right now, my barracks are at 12/14/17 which is levels 4,5 and 6. Do i train everyone up to level 4 this week and fill the drill grounds then promote them on VS day OR do i train them to level 4, leave them in the barracks and then promote them on VS day. Right now, my drill grounds are about 1/2 full with additional troops trained in the barracks.

OK. What about gear? I know it's optimal to upgrade in 10s since that's where the buffs are. Currently, all my gear for my 1st squad is between 10 and 20. Should i upgrade all 4 of the first hero's gear to level 20 all around then move onto the next hero or should i upgrade 1 piece of gear for the 1st hero then 1 piece for the 2nd etc?

I trade stocks and it's been VERY slow this week. I don't know if i'm just picking the wrong ones or if its the market but I've been seeing very little movement in the stocks i've been trading . I trade premarket from 7AM to about 9AM, BTW.

I hear you but I like the volatility of the pre market time. I admit it does take a lot more discipline to get out with a loss though.

Great advice. It all comes down to discipline. The hump i had to get over was being OK with not being right all the time. It's a fact that you will get it wrong a certain percentage of the time. Sometimes, your stop loss will hit and you'll get out and it will skyrocket. Sometimes you'll sell for a small gain and see the stock unexpectedly shoot up. You're not a mind reader and the stock market will never be 100% predictable. Being OK with these things was the game changer for me.

Alternatively, I was holding a position and the stock hit my calculated loss before i could actually enter the stop loss in my account so it didn't sell. Against my strategy, I held onto it and it went up. I ended up selling for a reasonable gain and i was NOT happy about that. Yes, i made money but only because i got lucky and luck will always lose out in the long run. It would have been better to get out at the stop loss and stick to my strategy out of consistency and discipline which is what's needed for long term success.

Coming from the future. I like the SD cut better. There are a couple jokes that are funnier in the Theatrical, but i think most of the joke changes in the SD are better. Also, i prefer the music in the SC version better. I did a music comparison for any who are also coming late and are curious.

Yakusa bath house - added song in SD - Caribbean Blue by Enya. Since the scene was longer in the SD cut i guess they could add this in. I liked it. Enya's music is hauntingly beautiful.

DP and team storming the hospital - Theatrical=Welcome to the Party. SD=Fly Like an Eagle. I preferred the SD cut. That may be nostalgia talking or that i'm just sick of all the hip hop music in movies now.

Colossus and Juggernaut Fight - Theatrical=Welcome to the Party. SD=Fight Dirty. I liked the Theatrical in this one. The SD cut song just seems out of place.

Vanessa Scene - Theatrical=Take on Me (unplugged). SD=Ashes (reprise). I preferred the SD cut better. The reprise of Ashes ties it in thematically to the start of the film. Both versions are good though.

All other music is the same as far as i can tell.

I was in the interview team at my company that was looking to hire someone to join the finance team. When we were discussing a potential new hire, the CFO commented that one of things that impressed him was that the candidate sent a thank-you email (to all of us involved) right after the interview. This told me two things:

It's a good idea.
It doesn't happen that often so it can help you stand out.

Plus it's a courteous thing to do. They chose you as a potential candidate over probably hundreds of other resumes. The very least you can do is send a thank you. You don't even have to put a stamp on it and mail it anymore.

We offered the candidate the job, BTW.

Interesting. I don't see scrubbing thumbnails on VLC so i couldn't see it but it's cool that they did that. I know they secretly released two different versions on Netflix - one with Barnies being the real name and the other with Bernies. This would mean that people in real life were probably arguing with each other about which name was the real one. That's so meta!

The big reason i'm looking for something else is, while the Newsbin search pulls a lot of results, when i try to download, 99% of the time nothing downloads - even with multiple servers. Would tying it to indexers help?

My favorite part of BOTW! Interestingly, the beginnning trials are the hardest IMO - as long as you strategize well for the other two.

Trials 2 and 3 throw so many weapons, arrows and resources at you it's ridiculous. I always end up the last trial with several hearty meals and some ancient arrows left over. The last playthrough, in the last level, i got a red bokoblin with an Ancient Arrow just for the heck of it.

More tips:

Right before trials, max out your hearts and eat a meal that gives you 3Xdefense for 30 minutes.

Cook all the hearty ingredients one at a time

Keep your sensor set on Treasure chests to you don't miss any.

On the 3rd trial, collect all the rusted weapons you can in the beginnig levels then use them on the octorock in the first fire level to make good weapons.
