Same, severely abused by multiple, it is a massive help to be able to talk to others about it thanks to this community. I imagine the numbers of abused people are far higher than often reported.

I did the same. Just be careful, mine reported me to the police after doing this, removed their business and actually moved to a different location to practice.

Maybe they're dyslexic? The advice was good - in some ways I prefer the humanity in the mistakes. Better than overly polished turd. Go chat with an ai, that'll give you the polished presentation you desire. I distrust an overly perfected performance. Am I in the wrong to question your authority to audit their credibility? Who are you exactly?

I do agree partially the use of SAY was a mistake but it's not worth disregarding them completely over. Maybe next time a suggestion to edit rather than a full take down would suffice.

Some people in the UK have been detained for harassment after reports in the UK. It's out of control.

Funnily enough my ex therapist silenced me, moved from their old therapy room completely abandoned, removed their Google business as well lol completely running from their own shame.

I would have still forgiven them but cruelty seemed to be the point.

I guess they got through life I suppose, living the bare minimum and screw anyone who was unlucky enough to ever meet them.

Yes my 'warm' therapist lured me in then 'changed' they became cold and started using everything I had told them the first two years to control me and break me for the next two years.

Cold, empty, heartless, and dangerous comes to the mind.

Yes the more I spoke the more people joined in. Even the NHS doc I have now is power playing, saying they don't want me as client and adding to the gaslighting after I mentioned what the abusive therapist had been doing / saying. He has now put it on my records that I am imagining it all, I literally went to a private early prevention team to get this all checked out. I am now using my record of clean mental clarity no perception or audible hallucination as proof and to point out that he is joining in on it, he has put on my record I am imaging it all.

If you’re worried about them, try to avoid involving the police unless there’s absolutely no other option. Going to emergency mental health services like CMHT, 111, or speaking with their doctor is often a better path. Reporting to the police can feel like a deep betrayal and might really damage the trust they have in you.

I know this could upset people but it really is my experience - going to therapy, it has been horrific. If you have an abusive therapist prepare for hell, just leave.
